VAT relief for eligible customers
Some Bellman & Symfon products may qualify for VAT relief when they are purchased by a disabled or chronically sick person for their own personal or domestic use.
VAT relief is not automatically available on every product. The product, the customer’s circumstances, and the intended use must all meet HMRC requirements.
Who may qualify?
To qualify, you must be disabled or chronically sick, and the product must be for your own personal or domestic use. Being over 60 or having a temporary condition does not qualify on its own.
How to claim VAT relief
If you believe you qualify, please contact us before placing your order. We may ask you to complete a written eligibility declaration confirming that you meet the relevant conditions.
